This client wished to transform their property into a welcoming place for family activities as well as for entertaining. An improved lawn was paramount. Lawn areas were re-graded to improve drainage and sod was installed. A new patio, rear walkway, and irrigation system were added. Shrubs and colorful perennials were introduced into newly defined planting beds.
